About Grease Trap List

Grease Trap List is a small independent site that explains grease trap rules and points restaurants to the haulers their city has permitted. We are not a hauler and not a government agency.

How we choose what to publish

• Rules are quoted from the city, utility or agency that enforces them, with a link.
• Cost figures come from published sources, labeled with who published them.
• Companies appear only if they are on an official public list, or their own website shows the service. Each listing shows why it is shown.
• No ratings or reviews are shown, because we have not collected any.

Money

The site does not make money today. If that changes, the affiliate disclosure page will say how.
